What affects the price

The final cost for your chimney service depends on a few specific factors. We look at the total height of the chimney stack, the level of creosote buildup inside the flue, and whether you have a standard masonry fireplace or a prefabricated metal insert. If there are structural blockages like nests or excessive debris that require extra labor, that will also adjust the estimate. We avoid hidden fees, but every setup is unique, so we evaluate the condition of your liner and firebox upon inspection.

About this service

A clean sweep service involves a systematic removal of soot and hazardous buildup from your chimney lining. This process ensures that your flue is clear, preventing potential fire hazards caused by flammable creosote accumulation. You need this service if your fireplace produces excess smoke, smells musty, or if you haven't performed routine maintenance in a year. Regular cleaning is the best way to maintain your chimney's structural integrity and ensure that dangerous gases are properly vented away from your living space.

Summer is the best time to inspect your chimney while the weather is clear. We can easily spot structural issues, loose mortar, or cap damage that might have gone unnoticed during the winter. Getting your chimney serviced now means you are fully prepared for the first cold snap of autumn. Give us a call to book your inspection.
